 Emails, trainings, and direct Plan Sponsor communications are available to ensure those providing the data understand the need and are confident in their submissions.

 We leverage a set of proprietary surveys to efficiently collect and aggregate necessary data from Plan Sponsors for the D1 file. We provide guidance to Plan Sponsors completing the surveys through both written communications and webinars.

Ensuring a compliant Narrative submission is essential for compliance.  Our experts will develop a compliant solution for each unique situation.

Using a deidentified claims file without Personal Health Information, Rx Data Collection will build a compliant D2 file on behalf of the entire population or a subset of the population.

Whether developed by us or others, Rx Data Collection can submit RxDC required files prior to the June 1st deadline. After submission the TPA is provided a copy of the submission confirmation, all data files submitted and a Report Summary File laying out how compliance was met on behalf of the Plan Sponsor and TPA.
