Successful compliance relies on coordination between vendors, implementing and adhering to a timeline, and working through client specific circumstances.  The Prescription Drug Data Collection program will guide the client from kick-off through submission to insure accurate and timely RxDC compliance. 

Accuracy and timeliness are enhanced with our proprietary tools, designed to standardize and drive workflow.    Our service includes evaluation and analysis of all files we submit, ensuring a compliant and transparent submission. 

The final, and most complex piece of the Pharmacy Data Collection puzzle is the submission to the RxDC Portal on the HIOS Portal on the CMS Website.  Users will be required to set-up a series of accounts, and request a series of access in order to gain access to the RxDC Module.  This process takes approximately two weeks to complete when done correctly.  The Rx Data Collection team is equipped to submit the files on behalf of Plan Sponsors after review and sign-off has been completed.
